Ginerbread House

We all were sick throughout the month of Decemeber and I promised the kids we could make a gingerbread house at Christmas time. So, January was close enough. I found a great deal on a kit, we have never made one before - and here is the finished product. It is still together as of today and on the top of the china hutch, waiting to be packed.

Not bad for a few beginners.

Valentine Day Cookie Mayhem

I am so not a baker, and I am even less of a decorator but I tried my best to apply myself to decorating the cookies intended for Jacob's Homeschool Co-Op class. They are 3" sugar bombs - I hope a room fully of rambunctious homeschoolers can handle the rush.
